HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

To schedule an appointment visit the scheduling page and fill out a time that would work best for you! We will set up a free phone consultation and then we will get you on the schedule for your first online therapy session. Looking forward to talking with you!

WHAT IS THE FREE PHONE CONSULTATION LIKE?

In the free phone consultation we will talk through your wants and desires in counseling and we will decide if we are a good fit or not! If we are a good fit we will move forward and schedule a session. If we are not, I will give you recommendations, as your health and comfort are the most important thing to me.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM ONLINE THERAPY?

For online therapy I will send you weekly HIPPA compliant video call links for our sessions. If there is ever confusion on how to get connected on the video call give me a call or email and I will help you!

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

I offer fifty minute individual and couples therapy sessions for $150 a session. If this is not available to you, reach out and we can chat about my sliding scale and how we can make therapy work for you!

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

While I do not directly accept insurance, I can provide you with a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the necessary information about your therapy session, such as diagnosis and treatment codes. You can then submit this superbill to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits. This approach allows you to have greater flexibility and choice in your therapy while still potentially receiving financial assistance from your insurance company.

I also accept HSA/FSA payment.

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

Monday - Friday: 7 am - 3 pm MST & 9 am - 5 pm EST — When we have our phone consultation we can talk through my openings and what time would work best for you!

I am currently only seeing clients virtually!
