Nutritional Therapy
On top of being a Licensed Professional Counselor - I am also a Licensed Functional Nutritionist. I got my Functional Nutritionist Certification after working as a clinical mental health counselor for years. I realized that there is an important connection between our physical bodies and our minds. With this deeper understand of of the body works I am better able to create specific treatment plans for my clients struggling with an array of mental health struggles.
